ILAAPE Privacy Policy
At International London Academy for Applied Professional Education (ILAAPE), protecting your personal data is a priority. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

- Contact form: name, institution, email address, telephone, country, programme of interest and your message;
- “Accredited centre” application: details of the contact person and information about your organisation;
- RPL request: name, email, telephone, country, city, address, desired diploma and field, information about your experience and your declarations;
- Newsletter: your email address.
When you use diploma verification, only the number entered is used for the search. Like any website, our server also records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. You can browse the site without providing any personal data.
2. How do we use your information?
The information collected may be used to:
- Respond to your requests: contact you, arrange an interview, review an application or an RPL request;
- Personalise your support: guide you towards the appropriate training or certification;
- Issue and verify certificates: keep the register of certificates issued and allow third parties (employers, institutions) to verify them;
- Improve our website and services based on your feedback;
- Send you our newsletter, only if you have subscribed. Each mailing contains a simple way to unsubscribe.
Your information is never sold, traded or rented to third parties.
3. How do we protect your information?
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data:

- access to messages and registers restricted to authorised ILAAPE personnel only;

Online verification of a certificate displays the certificate’s details (holder, certification, date, centre) only to a person who knows its exact number.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (social networks, WhatsApp, Google Maps…). These websites have their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We encourage you to read them before sharing any information with them.
7. Protection of minors
Our forms are intended for adults, establishments and companies. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian for permission before sending us any information. If we learn that data has been collected from a minor without such permission, we will delete it.
8. Website and e-learning platform
This policy applies to this website as well as to the ILAAPE e-learning platform and its applications. When you use the platform, we also process the data needed for your training: learner account, progress, quiz and assessment results.

By using our website and completing our forms, you accept this privacy policy.
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent (for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter).
