Assessment methodology

06

Commitments

  • Provide a detailed programme that matches what is actually delivered, and inform ILAAPE of any substantial change (content, hours, assessment, trainers).
  • Refer to the validation only for the validated programme, in its validated version and while it is valid.
  • Do not present the validation as an accreditation of the institution by a public authority or as a licence to operate.
  • Issue ILAAPE documents only to learners who followed the programme and passed the planned assessment, and submit graduate lists via “My Space”.
07

Validity and renewal

The validity period is stated in the decision and on the documents issued. A substantial change to the programme may require a new validation.

08

Suspension and withdrawal

  • ILAAPE may suspend or withdraw a membership, validation or accreditation in the event of inaccurate or falsified information or documents, misuse of the ILAAPE name, logo or documents, or breach of the commitments above.
  • The person or organisation concerned is informed of the decision and may request a review under the complaints procedure.
  • The “Suspended” or “Revoked” status appears in online verification and, for organisations, in the directory.
