Assessment methodology
- Comply with the partnership contract, which sets out the services, each party's obligations and the term.
- Keep the information published in the directory up to date and report any change (legal status, approval, address, management).
- Use the ILAAPE name, logo and accreditation number only while valid and within the agreed scope.
- Do not present the partnership as government recognition, and keep the authorisations required by the country's authorities.
- Submit graduate lists and requested information via “My Space”.
The end-of-validity date appears in the directory and on the organisation's certificate. Renewal can be requested from “My Space” during the 90 days before that date.
08Suspension and withdrawal
- ILAAPE may suspend or withdraw a membership, validation or accreditation in the event of inaccurate or falsified information or documents, misuse of the ILAAPE name, logo or documents, or breach of the commitments above.
- The person or organisation concerned is informed of the decision and may request a review under the complaints procedure.
- The “Suspended” or “Revoked” status appears in online verification and, for organisations, in the directory.
